L2 Trainer, USAW L1, Burgener Strength and Conditioning L1
After moving to Fulshear in 2013, and teaching Power Yoga for 15 years, I was introduced to CrossFit and fell in love with it immediately;  fast-moving, high intensity, and constantly varied. I became a gym owner in 2019 and have loved every step along the way, creating new friendships and building our community. I’m the mother of 3 beautiful children; 27, 11, and 10.

Functional Fitness
I have been doing CrossFit for 8+ years and coaching for 5 years. I have a true passion for helping others create a better quality of life through fitness, while providing a fun and safe atmosphere. I have been married to my wife, Deirdre, going on 10 years. We have two wonderful children Kain and Cohen. Outside of the gym, I love to spend time with family and friends, smoke BBQ, and do any type of fishing.

Functional Fitness
Hey guys/gals, if you don’t know me, I’m one of the OG coaches who helped start FE over 7+ years ago. I’ve been a coach for 10+ years (personal training/CrossFit) and I enjoy it so much it doesn’t feel like a job. I have a son, Vincent, who often says he wants to follow my lead (I want him to, but I don’t… you always want your child to be bigger/better). I’m pretty strict on movement and completing reps, so I apologize in advance if I call you out. I call it helping you out. I’ll be giving my all when it comes to knowledge/movement, so if you ever need help on anything I will do my best… peace.

Functional Fitness | L1 Trainer | CrossFit Gymnastics
I began CrossFit in the summer of 2017. Amazed at how quickly I made progress, it became a passion and I wanted to learn more. I got my L1 in 2018, then added the Gymnastics course in 2019. In addition to coaching CrossFit, I coached kid’s gymnastics classes. I’ve been married to my husband Brendon for 11 years and we have two boys (9 & 2). In 2019 I took time away from CrossFit as I pushed my body through a different type of challenge. In June of 2020, and through the IVF process, we were blessed with our second son. 2022 was my year of healing and I’m excited to get back into the CrossFit groove with the Iron Antler community!

Functional Fitness | WAG Certified Nutrition Coach | Precision Nutrition 1 | SFG1 (Kettlebell) | Weightlifting | L2 Trainer | Burgener Strength and Conditioning L1
After years of being a runner and going to big box gym classes, I discovered CrossFit in 2015 and never looked back. I started out coaching CrossFit 5 years ago in a gym where I coached CrossFit along with programming and coaching daily workouts for a 45 minute class that focused on functional fitness without the barbell. While there I got my first nutrition certification and started running nutrition challenges and 1:1 coaching. I’ve been married to my husband Jason for 16 years. Besides working out together, we love to travel, cook & run around watching our 3 kids play sports on weekends.

Functional Fitness | Olympic Lifting
I’m an aspiring CrossFit Games athlete (much easier said than done). I have been doing CrossFit for about 5 years. I enjoy working out with the CrossFit community. “The Olympic athlete and your grandma should be doing the same types of training, just at a different scale, but at the same stimulus should be achieved”, is a quote that means a lot to me. I specialize in Olympic lifting and pretty much all things strength related. I can’t wait to be a part of the Iron Antler Fulshear community and I look forward to meeting you all.

USAT Level I Coach | USAT Youth & Junior Coach | TRX Certified | NASM Speed, Agility, Quickness Coach
I began my fitness journey with running and triathlon. While I had been going to the gym since my twenties, I didn’t have a structured plan. Determined to change that, I started attending boot camp classes. My goal was to enhance my strength for triathlons and focus on becoming faster and more powerful. I’m now a certified triathlon coach, and I find immense joy in coaching youth and juniors, witnessing their progress to higher levels.
In our family, fitness is a shared passion. My husband, along with our two daughters aged 15 and 13, are also avid triathletes. Together, we relish the experience of participating in races and competing as a family unit.
