Boot Camp

45 minute class with an emphasis on conditioning and core. No prior weightlifting experience required. It includes lighter weight and higher reps. This is for all fitness levels – elite athlete to beginner. Strength and fitness achieved with the use dumbbells, kettlebells and body weight movements.

Iron Antler Barbell

Here at Iron Antler Barbell our goal is to help others further their growth in all strength sports, specifically Olympic Lifting in Southeast Texas. We teach our athletes proficiency in the snatch and clean and jerk as well as the traditional power lifts. Our focus is not only on how much weight they can lift, but also the way they lift it. We want our athletes to experience the sport for a long time, and safe progression and movement is a must. Athletes at all levels are welcome and can expect a focus on discipline and work ethic that can be used in their everyday life. We strive to bring you the best coaching and programming by constantly educating and improving ourselves. Whether you’re trying to make it to the Olympics or just trying to get stronger for the high school football team, Iron Antler Barbell is here to help you achieve your goals.
